In conjunction with Perrier-Jouët, Botswana Butchery has launched a Garden of Eden.  We have transformed our semiprivate mezzanine space into a garden inspired pop-up dining room. You will be welcomed into a garden oasis complete with lush greenery, vibrant and playful accents that complete the Perrier-Jouët Champagne House elegance.

The tradition of the Banquet disappeared at the beginning of the 20th century, roughly around the same time Art Nouveau was taking off a movement with which the House is
closely tied. Today, the House wishes to bring back the Banquet by offering new ways of connecting people to nature and to one another. It creates a link between nature and between individuals, just as the Art Nouveau movement did during industrialisation.

“A Banquet of Nature by Perrier-Jouët ” is a dinner unlike any other. It is a Banquet made up of sharing rituals and moments of unexpected creation that re-enchant guests and engage them in conversation.

Across the month of May with plenty of Champagne flowing, we are excited to present some incredible activations and menu offerings (may be longer due to popular demand)

This 6-course sharing menu at $125.00 per person, an additional $95.00 per person for the Perrier-Jouët & Wine Match.

We will also be offering a separate 4 course menu featuring each Champagne in all its glory paired with a specifically created dish at $195.00 per person all inclusive.
