Introducing our very own “TASTES OF BOTSWANA BUTCHERY” a 6 course Degustation menu featuring some old and some new of the classic dishes that have featured across our menus over the years.

To get the ball rolling, a beautiful new season freshly shucked Bluff oyster with lemon granita & Chardonnay vinegar pearls paired with a smart little flute of Deutz blanc de blanc, moving on through to Elephant Hill Syrah & Ostrich loin with local Buffalo curd, beetroot, plum syrup & pickled stone fruits, for our 2nd main we cannot forget the Coastal Lamb cutlets matched nicely with a juicy Island blend Cabernet from our friends at Man O’ War and of course everything else in between.

For only $95 per person or with additional wine match at $155 per person this a rare opportunity to taste our Botswana fav’s not to be missed!
