Designer furniture extraordinaire, Matisse International has provided the opulent furnishings including a stunning chandelier brought in from Italy.
Diners will have the choice between two exquisite degustation menus;
“The Meat Affair” six courses at $129.95 per person, an additional $69.95 with wine match featuring an incredible range of NZ’s finest cuts such as Savannah Grass Fed Beef, Raukumara Ranges Wild Venison and Cardrona Lamb. For dessert a warmed Chocolate Fondant with Morello Cherry Sauce, Cherry Sorbet & Chocolate Soil.
“The Banquet Affair” offers a luxe share style six course menu of Botswana favourites for $139.95 per person, an additional $79.95 with Perrier-Jouët Champagne and Wine match, Freshly Shucked Oysters, Kingfish Sashimi, Duck & Foie Gras Parfait and the Threesome of Lamb, pressed Merino Shoulder, Ribs, Cutlets with all the trimmings.
