In conjunction with Perrier-Jouët, Botswana Butchery has launched a Garden of Eden. We have transformed our fabulous private Garden Room space into a nature inspired pop-up dining room that completes the Champagne House elegance.
The tradition of the Banquet disappeared at the beginning of the 20th century, roughly around the same time Art Nouveau was taking off a movement with which the House is
closely tied. Today, the House wishes to bring back the Banquet by offering new ways of connecting people to nature and to one another.
We are offering two wonderful menu options which include a four course option and our famous six course banquet menu. We’ve expertly paired Champagne Perrier-Jouët and a selection of Church Road reserve and single vineyard wines to accompany each course should you wish to select the wine match option.
In particular the Banquet offer is made up of sharing rituals and moments of unexpected creation that re-enchant guests and engage them in conversation whilst enjoying the pleasures of great food and incredible wine matches.
Guests selecting this reservation must dine from either menu option.
Across the month of November with plenty of Champagne flowing, we are excited to present this incredible collaboration.
A 6-course sharing menu at $125.00 per person, an additional $155.00 per person for the Perrier-Jouët & Wine Match.
In addition we also have our 3 course choice menu with an amuse bouche and palate cleanser for $89, for an additional $90 you can have each course expertly matched.
For bookings of six or more guests, dining from the 6 course banquet you will receive a complimentary bottle of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut for the table to enjoy.
